Subject: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Solenoids
Hi All,
I'm looking to use a solenoid to lock the axis and am running into
that learning curve wall.
I found a couple pull style (I need pull) but the forces are all over
the place and do not seem to match watts. lenght of stoke is another
variable.
I'm looking for about 1/2 inch stroke, but will probably use less
than 1/4 inch. And, want a few pounds of force.
Anyone know of sources ?
or primers on deciphering the ins and outs ?
Dave
