I sure hope so! That's what I'm planning on doing here...

I'd guess that it would be okay with a smaller machine. Most of the folks I
see talking in these lists are working with bigger motors, but also with
bigger machines.

I got into this stuff in the first place because I was searching for various
electronics stuff out there on the web and happened to notice a bit of
stepper motor stuff here and there. And thinking that it would be good to be
able to use some of the motors I have in a box here... :-)
