Hello guys. I am new to the cnc milling scene and have been doing
lots of reading the last couple of weeks and need some help to setup
a Taig cnc ready mill.
Can someone please recommend a good setup for a Taig. I will mostly
be dealing with Aluminum metals. I need a setup that can work with
metals for long periods of times!!!
----Setup i am thinking about----
MILL...Taig CNC ready mill 2019CR
SOFTWARE....I would like to run a XP Windows based software if posible
(guessing Mach 2).
DRIVER BOARD... XYLOTEX Three Axis Stepper Motor Drive
STEPPER MOTOR....???? Need help here. I am guessing something with
200-300oz
SPINDLE MOTOR.....???? Need help here. Is the one that comes with the
Taig good or can it be upgraded to something with a more powerfull
motor for working with metals?
POWER SUPPLY....??? Need help here.
All comments are welcome
Thanks in advance guys for your help
