BP Power supply

on 2004-08-28 14:34:43 UTC
I have found the bridge rectifiers, and the capacitors, but I'm not
sure where to go from here. I believe I need to rewire a
transformer from 110V to 55V. Is this the big one in the middle of
the power cabinet? How do I go about doing this? Where are the caps
hooked back in? Should the bridge rectifiers to be moved to the
power cabinet and the control cabinet completely removed? I know
some people like to put the pc and contol components back in there,
but I'm going to set mine on a desk nearby. I guess what I'm really
trying to ask is how many of the wires between the two cabinets need
to be disconnected and pulled out?

Thanks again for all the help, you guys are life savers! (or at
least shop savers ;)
