mill? Mine is a BT40 with type C pull studs (retention knobs). I
think it was rated for about a 15 lb tool, so I was thinking I could
spin a lightweight 3 jaw or 5C chuck in the mill spindle and mount my
tools in the vice. Nice to know someone else has done the same thing!
A lathe sure would be nice for turning down the ends of long
ballscrews and other projects where you need to mount long things
through the headstock...
