Re: 5V+ Supply for Gecko? Not so confused anymore. :)

Thanks for all the help on this guys/girls, I understand it a lot
better now. I didn't think that the parallel port provided such
LITTLE current per pin as that.

Anyway, I've decided not to use the servo box's PSU for just now, and
think I've stolen a nice source for the power supply. I invited an
old PS2 keyboard out for a walk with me, and them **BAM**! I cracked
open it's plastic shell for the juicy wirespines inside. I hope that
the PS2 mouse port will be able to provide enough current for the
opto-isolators.. but I'm pretty sure the mouse port's 5V+ is rated
for at least 50ma...

Nearly ready to go...
