Thanks everybody I got it figured out, one of
the new Bayonet holders was shorted out.
Only one Bulb was on very brightly guess I got
lucky it did not burn out.
I fixed this now both are working as expected.

Some body suggested using only one bulb and a
resistor.
The only Resistor I have laying here is a
4.7 k-Ohm 1/2 watt type.
I tryed wiring this in series with one bulp
but I got nothing no light at all.
Should there not be at least something.

I also revisited the the 110 volt ac led again
Trying different directions, with or without this
resistor but nothing I do will get a glimmer from it.
Except when I stick it into a 110 volt ac outlet.
