I put the table back on my rockwell knee mill very easily: there was a
workbench right beside it, and I simply cranked the knee to the level
where I could slide the table from the benchtop right onto the
dovetails. Almost anything reasonably sturdy will do, since you can
adjust the knee to match its height.
