anyone using jr-kerr servos

I have set up a three axis minimill with the jr-kerr stuff and drive them
with the step/dir output on emc. Just looking for others who have worked
with them and who wish to make a comment on their experience.

My system went together well, and works nicely for my small machine. I
don't think I would use them on anything larger than a minimill.

Have you seen the machine controller program up on their web site? It
works, but without backlash compensation its a bit useless. If I ever get
more time I would like to work on that program and make it more usable,
being that its open source.
