Quite often, if the fuse protected some equipment by blowing, it will
blow again, and still save the equipment. If the equipment failed
and blew the fuse, the equipment will probably blow another fuse.
Either way, if another fuse blows, find out why. If a new fuse
doesn't blow, continue making chips. I do not understand the
paranoia.
(But then I dont understand a number of things)
