For a dump circuit you need 7 ohms. The caps must be dumped quickly so the servos will stop abrubtly rather than slowly wind down to a stop like slowly proceed into the vice before it stops.

I might add an illuminated rocker switch in series with the e-stop
switch so I have a little red light showing it's on/off and I won't
have to keep cycling the e-stop button.
