My cnc SuperMax mill came with a Bandit control, driving nema42 sized
1100 oz*in steppers on 5 TPI ballscrews.

The Bandit power supply put out 40VDC, I scrapped the whole controller
(anyone want to buy it?), and went with Gecko G201's and my own 72VDC
14 amp power supply.

The existing steppers work awesome, you'd think it was a servo it is
so smooth (but being steppers, the top speed maxes out at 2 inch/sec
on each axis).
