Hi Babar
You can put in an offset in the .ini to counter this rotation,
but you shouldn't have to. Are the amps running in velocity or torque mode?

Subject: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Help retrofitting
Dear Friends,
I am retrofitting a Bridgeport Milling with EMC and
STG-II,
The old controller is Heidenhain 151 and the DC servo
Drives are Bosch Z15-1-240V.
The problem I am facing is that when the drives are
enable by STG II they start rotating due to some
residual/offset voltage due to which EMC shows the
following error and disables the drives.
So I need to adjust the pots on Drive so that the
motor does not rotate without any signal from STG II.
But since I don't have the Manual of these drives I
don't know how to adjust.
Does anybody have some solution for this?
regards
Babar
