Ubaidullah,

For each axis there is an entry called BIAS. This adds or subtracts a small
offset to the dac output.

FF2 can have a similar effect depending on amp configuration.

That being said I do not think a small offset would cause the system to
slowly creep.
This is a closed loop system....if any offset tried to cause a slow movement
the encoder would detect the error in motion and do whatever is required to
correct it.

Usually a creep like that would be caused by noise in the encoder line. Are
your encoders
wired in differential mode? They should be. For an encoder with index there
should be eight wires.
If no index there will be six wires. If there are fewer than this they are
being run single ended
and are very prone to noise. This can be corrected by fitting a simple
inexpensive quad differential
line driver near the encoder.

There are a few other possibilities, but I do not know enough about your
amplifier configuration
to speculate about them.

Dear Les,

Can you please guide me where in ini I can enter the
Offset value?

Since I don't have the data /manual of the drive there
fore I don't know about the mode of operation of these
drives i.e either Velocity or Torque Mode

Best Regards

Ubaidullah Babar
