Thanks Roy,
The NTE 165 is a horizontal output, but that is what the original
ones cross to. I looked through the archive of the Bridgeport mill
site and found that the BOSS 5 uses a 2N6545 which crosses to a
NTE 53. The 53 has a collector to emitter voltage of 400v and a
peak collector current of 10amps. This sounds better.....so I ordered
2 of them.
