It's not here yet. I think it is that model. It's exactly like the one in the grizzly ad. I'll post what I found or what I had to do.

I remember correctly, McMaster-Carr only has two sizes for the
Bridgeport. may wind up just buying two screws and nuts and modifying
them. I think the grizzly is the same as the Jet. One manufacturer and
its badged for different sellers.
