Wire EDM? Yes, I can see how they do it that way. But, I would expect
them to
cost HUNDREDS of $ that way. I suspect they have a REALLY thin saw, and
a
heavily modified lathe with live tooling to do it. You could turn them
out at the
rate of a couple a minute with live tooling on a CNC turning center.
You'd be
lucky to get a couple a shift with wire EDM.
