I suppose you already discounted this idea for some reason- maybe you talking LARGE gaskets... But if you only needing a hundred or so and if youre in a hurry why not use ruler dies with some sorta press .

I need to cut some hundred or so gaskets of foam rubber.

I think it is 1/4" or so and was wondering if a water only pump could
do the trick ?

Also, since the stuff is pretty soft, just how low of a pressure could
do the job ?

And, the real question, is where can one find a low volume, high
pressure pump for water for such a unit ?

I t looks like common hyraulic house in small diamters can handle
5,000 PSI or slighly more.

And, then of course, what diameter nozzle would fit the bill ?

McMaster has orifices rated for 5,000 PSI and are 0.016" dia for the
small one.

And then of course, with these pressures, will the orifice wear out ?
