Are you using a servodrive to turn your motor at 1 RPM? If you are,
your 'scope is probably picking up switching noise from the drive.
That switching noise is phantom in the sense it's not really there.

Try grounding the motor back to the drive supply ground input or turn
the motor slowly by hand with the motor disconnected from the drive.
I think you will see a much prettier picture then.
