CNC controller 9" monitor replacement?

I purchased a used Omniturn CNC retrofit on a Hardinge lathe. The
controller has a built-in 9" VGA monochrome monitor. It is usable,
but the CRT is burned quite a bit. A replacement is $350.
I would like to install a LCD VGA computer monitor, but can't find a
9" version. Any ideas? I would hate to go with an external monitor.
