Have a look for point of sale (POS) equipment, cash registers and the
like. I've seen LCD VGA screens about that size.

That said, you won't find anything cheap unless you get lucky or find
something second hand.

Even bigger CRTs are getting scarce, (but cheap!) and small LCD panels are
usually found in laptops etc and aren't VGA.
