Hi Matt,
I think you are most definitely in the build it yourself bracket.
consider that the power supply, motors, and drivers will probably cost
close to $1,000 before you buy the first part of the actual table.
With the prospect of a fast build table, I would suggest getting an
80/20 book and read up on that stuff to get a good idea on what can be
used to make a table.
There are some good deals on 80/20, and there are other names from
other manufacturers.
There is a chance you can get a lot of stuff from e-bay, maybe someone
else will comment on that.
