had some insulatioin board. It is a urethane foam. It has foil on
both sides which is a pain. The other problem with it is that it
tends to have voids. It is not square so you gotta square it up. But,
it's pretty cheap. I got a 4' x 8' sheet for about $18.00. It's 1.5"
thick. Made by a company called Rimax.
That source Ballendo put up looks good too, as usual coming from 'B'.
And, yeah, get a vaccum rigged up. I have a shop vac nozzle right on
the cutter and I am still getting some dust around the garage. I
would also cut a hoover vac bag in half and put it over the vac
filter so you don't waste vac filters.
But, for proving out my programs it beats cutting metal and running
coolant.
