I think you want www.goldenwestmfg.com.
I have used the stuff to proof large contoured aircraft parts where the
material metal blank is expensive (Ti), the machining rates are slow and
it could takes days to contour the real part. It allows the cuts to be
made quickly and holds size and tolerance to alllow measuring the final
part for compliance.
I things don't work out on the first try it can also be repaired using
Polyester Bondo. For large errors a piece of material may be glued in
using epoxy, for small corrections and recuts the surface may be skimmed
with a bondo coat and recut.
Mockup and test parts may also be made of the material although it has
an open cell structure usually associated with light weight foams.
Mockup pieces may be slightly overcut in the foam to allow for a bondo
skim to be applied. The bondo cures in 15 minutes and the surfaces may
be recut giving a smooth closed surface. If it is sanded and painted it
will pass for a metal part.
