Being bored and insomniac, I looked up the specs for their current
version (you'll see them if you follow my link to the current version
of your discontinued product.)

The drive that ships with their current product uses CW and CCW in two
modes. In the standard mode, CW is the pulse signal, CCW is the
direction signal; in the 2-pulse mode, a rising edge on CW turns one
step clockwise, and a rising edge on CCW turns one step counter
clockwise.

The inputs are opto-isolated, explaining the "+" and "-" signals.
Connect all of the "-" signals to ground and drive the "+" sides from
the parallel port.
