Or a piece of rectangular ground flat stock, placed in the same V blocks,
four cuts later it would be a flattened Hexagon, and mount it from the side,
and V pulleys on the top and the bottom. Same effect, but more mounting
options.
This would give you guidance in all directions from two V pulleys.
Up, Down, Left, and Right

Or mount the pulleys on the frame, and the bar on the table.

In either case, you would have to have at least two sets of pulleys on each
side of the frame.
