AC Tech (http://www.actechdrives.com/) make one, or you can derate a 3
phase input unit for single phase input. You can usually use 50% to 70%
of rated capacity when running on single phase input. If you can't find
anything in the literature, use 50% to be safe.

Basically it's the input section that needs to be derated when running
on single phase input. All of the current will be supplied from two
legs of the rectifier bridge instead of three, and the filter caps will
see more ripple. Everything from the DC bus on is pretty much
unaffected.
