If I were looking for an enclosure, I would check out the schools and
the local recycle spot around you. Schools go through computers
quickly and the recycle spot will be where the locals bring that old
computer. The older computers have cases that are very well built and
can easily be modified to be rack mounted if that is the way you go.

When you have it built, be sure to post a photo for us to admire. ;,)
