Thanks. Speaking of materials, polymer clays might go through a
nozzle. It's made of clay, PVC resin and various plasticizers. Bake
out the plasticizers and it hardens. Not very strong, but there's no
reason not to use a different base than clay, like the various fibers
they use in printed circuit board laminates.

And if you had a good mixing nozzle, you could branch out into epoxies
and avoid the issues with hot melt.
