I know electrolosys effects the finish of the metals and some of the
surface properties but I'm a bit confused why orbiting or rotation
would help. Is is simply because the process will take less time in
general? I didn't think you even got electrolysis in oil? (I
shouldn't assume oil though)

Are you simply bothered about the effect on finish?
