brass tubing of various sizes. I made a tee and pumped water into the
center of the tubing and flushed on the outside.
It would have been better if I pulled from the center so that the wall
of the hole would have clean water.
The big boys use higher pressures than I did. I was really just
dribbling water thru the electrode and let it flow out. I understand
that on the professional machines, the pressure causes water to spray
out.
I like your idea of the rectangle. even if one hit the end with a
hammer and made ot oval, it would make a hole larger than the shaft.
