75% of my shop comes from Harbor Freight. I have always been satisfied with
them. But this last customer support issue takes the cake. I bought a 6"
milling machine vice for my Bridgeport which coast $95.00 + $5.00 shipping
(I had a 20% discount coupon). While using it I dinged the jaws a few times
so I thought I would order a new pair from HF. I was amazed when the order
person told me that the vice was guaranteed for life and HF would send a
replacement pair in 6-8 weeks at no charge. After forgetting about it for
three months, low and behold UPS delivers a box from HF. Now the punch line.
The box contained four pair of jaws! Thank you Harbor Freight Tools for you
