I searched through automation directs web site and found they have many different proximity sensors. I could only find 2 that are normally closed and they are 70$ each. Do you usually use normally open proximity sensors? I would think normally closed would be safer as a broken or disconnected wire would effectively disable a Normally open system. If you would be willing to supply a part number that would be really helpful as I'm having a lot of trouble sorting through the many that are available.
