If you are cutting pipe, rotate the pipe and
move the torch along the pipe axis.
Treat it as a 2D cut.
If the pipe doesn't accurately rotate from the
support wheels, then wrap a cable around the
pipe and rotate it with a capstan style drive.

Dave,
It would be difficult for me to rotate the part because it's too big.
I'm hoping I can do the same thing by tipping the torch. I'm not sure
how easy this will be with avaialbe software.
