20 degree gear racks

I found a place to buy the BWC rails, now I am looking for a place to
get 49" long 20 degree PA gear racks somewhere around 20 pitch that
have about a 3/8" wide face or better. Mcmaster only has 14.5 degree PA
racks that are pre-drilled with mounting holes. All of the 20 degree
stuff has no holes. And one company said the non hardened racks that
you can drill yourself then need to be hardened to get any life out of
them after you drill. I don't mind drilling, but I don't want to have
to harden the stuff. (Don't know how)
