I've had a few where the bore was concentric with the teeth, but not the
steel flange which was held in place by deforming the aluminium step it was
seated on..
I agree with the sentiment though. It pretty rude to charge that much for
something shonky..

I've got to agree with Mark - I've bought Chinese makes from RS and my
local bearing stockist, and also from HPC Gears (who make their own).
Never had one where the bore wasn't concentric, including sintered.
