Thanks, Yeah we messed with it about an hour or two and we could get the cam prog/PC to happily send but the CNC machine was none the wiser. I figured it was probably pin-outs. As the machine has a DB 25 and the PC of course has a DB9 for com 1. We had to use an adapter to even connect the cable. The manual talks about a casette reader and receiving from a punch tape :-) We've came a long way since 85...
It's not my machine, if it was I know what I'd do to fix it. haha
