This has happened to me several times. Seems they really like
to jamb up at the top end of travel.
What I did was to take a large flat blade screwdriver and gently
tap the ballscrew pulley to loosen it. You need to reach in
to the housing to get the pulley.
I am pretty sure that you want to turn it clockwise looking at
the pulley from underneath the quill.
