Quite clearly Art considered it in full release on April 25.

Maybe we speak a different kind of English over here. To me that's
full release. A check of the ncPOD plugin from that date until late
last week also showed that the ncPOD plugin was fully released.
So what's your problem, that I released a completed servo, hardware
system and cautioned the potential users that even though the
hardware was proven and released the system should be considered
experimental, or that I accurately quoted Art on April 25th that the
ncPOD plugin was released?
