The easiest method is a constantly overflowing container and a z-stage
to lower the component into the container incrementally. This idea
was mentioned in the chat at the bottom of the origional link.

Or you could use some means of measuring the level and controlling it,
for example by a syringe. You could have a servo system with a
syringe pump and a float connected to an encoder. I think the former
solution is the best.
