I have done the same as u. Controlling big fanuc servo with G320.

Try this, it might help:

1. reduce the acceleration.
2. reduce the max speed.
3. Try to change the gearing. Old machine use poor gearing ratio. Mine is
1:1.2.
Change it to 1:3 to 1:5 will certainly help.
