Well, if it has circuit boards it isn't a hydrapoint, as that is
a pneumatically-operated control. You absolutely do NOT want to
be punching paper tape in 2007. That went out about 1985, when
PC's became useful computers. If the control is salvageable,
then it MIGHT make sense to use a PC to feed the programs to the
control. If the control doesn't have a CRT display, at the very
least, even if it IS working, it will be WAY to aggravating to
use for one-off work in the typical small shop. What you need
to do is retrofit it with a PC and some control software like
Mach or EMC.
