Solid Edge Origin Help Needed

Hi,
I've been playing with solid Edge origin for a week or so now, and
I have a simple question.

I'm trying to draw a part that is basically a cylinder with a groove cut
across one end. The problem is, that I can't figure out how to set up this
groove to be centered! I can do it manually, but then if I change
diameter, it will be off center.

Help!
