You can get a student version of Pro-E if you register to take at least one
class (any class - even cosmetology) at a vocational school. You just have
to be registered as a student. However, some of the student versions self
destruct after a year or less. I am not sure if Pro-E does this or not.
Mastercam and Autocad do and both are overpriced.
Talk to the drafting instructor at your local trade school. He might have
the catalogs that Journey Software distributes just for students. Journey
also has a website.
