Okay. I misunderstood what Jon wrote. Re-reading his post with what
you said I can see you both said the same thing in slightly different
ways. Guess I could read up on programming lathes too.

So, if there was a headstock mounted on the mill table and a tool
fixed to the mill z axis slide then the axes would be swapped, right?
