Ok Guys,
I re-tunned both motors I was giving too much Gain and too much
Damping . It helps too much in holding x axis correct position and
lowers drivers heat ... but what I noticed today that loosing position
occurs at milling corners where cutting loads increase too much
besides the x axis movement is already too heavy due to very tightened
ball nuts , but that does not make since because the driver fault led
does not show on !!!
any idea?
