There's a datasheet on the CUI Inc website where they state:

7500rpm for 2048, 1000, 800, 384 ppr
15000rpm for 1024, 500, 400, 192 ppr
30000rpm for 512, 250, 200, 96, 256, 125, 100, 48 ppr

Although not that hard to make yourself there's also a ready-made
line-driver cable assembly available for a reasonable $7.15.
