Mach3 /Rhinocam problem

I have been using the first version of Rhinocam basic for a while w/o
problems. Great CAM for the $. I recently bought the 2.0 upgrade and
am having problems with the code it generates. I am trying to run a
simple 2.5D program. Basically drilling two holes, cutting a circular
pocket, and cutting a profile. When I run the program Mach3 tells me
"abnormal condition" (Exact Stop VS CV mode) when it goes into the drill
cycle and then reverts back to "condition normal" when it goes to the
milling cycle. The first time I ran the program it made a wild move
and drilled sideways which was a bit scary, broke drill and has damaged
the spindle bearings. I have since run it with out incident but the
warning light still comes on.

I asked Mecsoft about it and they referred me to Artsoft. I asked on
the Artsoft forum but haven't gotten a solution to the problem.

Code generated in the first version seemed much simpler and the code
generated in the second version has a lot more G code.

Any thoughts on how to tackle this problem? I'm kind of dead in the
water until this is solved. [:(]

Any help with this appreciated!

Jack
