I noticed that McMaster Carr sells a hold down plate that matches the
cogs on the bet. But they have prices on them that are out of this world.
I bought a simple program that will cut drive pulleys for the belt with
an extra AXIS. I wonder if you were to just use a flat axis instead of
a rotating one I suppose you could cut a flat strip to match the belt.
