Chinese to Quadrature conversion

Does anyone have a solution for converting the output of chinese caliper/scales to standard quadrature output, so I can plug a chinese scale into a DRO?

I've got QCC-100's to go Glass Quadrature output to Chinese output but haven't found a solution for the reverse.

I want to add a caliper as the quill encoder on a turret mill. The glass scales get in the way of the quill stop, but I can squeeze a cut down caliper up above. The mill already has a 3 Axis DRO and glass scales on X and Y.
